Peace and Humanity Welfare Organization serves families across Pakistan from its registered office in Larkana, Sindh, and welcomes donors from anywhere in the world. Whether you want to support a programme, volunteer, apply for membership, propose a partnership, request assistance or simply ask a hard question about how we operate, we would like to hear from you.

We aim to respond to every message within two working days. If your matter is urgent, please call rather than email. Common questions are already answered in our frequently asked questions.
What to Contact Us About
- Donations and Zakat. Payment details, confirming a transfer, requesting a receipt, or discussing funding a full programme. See our Donation Policy.
- Volunteering. Tell us your profession or field of study, your location and the time you can give. See Become a Volunteer.
- Membership. Applications from Pakistani citizens aged 18 and above, anywhere in the country. See Become a Member.
- Partnerships. Government departments, educational institutions, healthcare professionals, CSR teams and national or international organizations. See Partner With Us.
- Requesting assistance. If you or a household you know needs support, contact us with the details. Please note that our programmes are being launched in stages from 2026 and we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot do at present.
- Media and information requests. We will not supply beneficiary photographs or personal details, but we will answer questions about our plans, governance and finances.
- Our constitution. Available on request to donors, partners, applicants for membership and any member of the public with a legitimate interest.
- Complaints and concerns. If anything about our conduct troubles you, use our complaints and feedback channel. Concerns involving a child are handled under our Child Protection Policy.
About Our Status
PHWO is a non-political, non-sectarian voluntary social welfare organization serving families across Pakistan, with its registered office in Larkana, Sindh. Registration under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance, 1961 with the Directorate of Social Welfare, Karachi, which sits under the Government of Sindh, is in process. We are headquartered in Larkana, Sindh, and serve people across Pakistan.
Before You Send Money

If anyone contacts you claiming to collect on behalf of PHWO using different account details, do not pay, and please tell us. Every genuine donation is verified against our bank records and receipted.
Finding Our Office in Larkana
Our registered office is at H. No. 704/C, Lahori Muhalla, Larkana, Sindh, Pakistan, next to the Government Girls High School — the school is the landmark to ask for locally, and Lahori Muhalla is a short distance from the centre of Larkana city. If you are travelling from outside Larkana, call or send a WhatsApp message before you set out. We are a volunteer organisation with no permanent reception, so an unannounced visit may find nobody in.
Office hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Pakistan Standard Time. Email and WhatsApp are read outside those hours but are normally answered on the next working day.
Where We Work
PHWO works for all of Pakistan. Our registered office is in Larkana, Sindh; our work reaches families across Pakistan. Our constitution allows us to work across Sindh and, as approvals and capacity allow, across Pakistan. We would rather do a small amount of work properly in the district we live in than announce a national footprint we cannot staff. Wherever you are in Pakistan or abroad, you are welcome to write to us.
Languages
We work in Sindhi, Urdu and English. Write to us in whichever of the three you are most comfortable with — it will not slow down a reply, and it will not affect how a request is treated.
