Eight aims, taken directly from our constitution. Direct assistance to verified individuals is under way, and each programme opens in stages.
These eight programmes are the aims written into our constitution, not a wish list assembled for a website. They are listed in the order they appear in that document, and each one has its own page setting out what we intend to do, who it is for, what has to be in place before it can start, and how we would know whether it worked.
Direct help for verified individuals is under way through Request Help and Free Legal Aid, and each programme opens in stages across Pakistan. Everything we report is published only once it is verified.

- Education & Literacy Supporting deserving students, strengthening schools that already exist, and tackling the practical barriers that push girls out of the classroom. Planned
- Health & Medical Care Help with the cost of treatment, care for mothers and newborns, support for long-term illness, free medical camps and prevention — for families across Pakistan who… Planned
- Women Empowerment Training tied to actual income: a skill, a starter asset, a bank account in her own name, and a route to a market that will pay… Planned
- Digital & Freelancing Skills Digital literacy, freelancing and remote work, so young people and women across Pakistan can earn a living without having to leave home to do it. Planned
- Vocational Training & Youth Development Technical and trade training for young people, shaped by what local employers and local markets actually hire and pay for. Planned
- Environment & Renewable Energy Tree plantation, cleanliness drives, and solar power for schools and clinics, planned around who maintains it in year five. Planned
- Community Development & Poverty Alleviation Welfare and poverty alleviation work identified together with the households concerned, rather than decided on their behalf. Planned
- Humanitarian & Emergency Relief Relief, food and clean water when floods and other emergencies strike, and preparation with households well before they do. Planned
