How we verify every applicant

    CNIC live capture

    Front and back photographed on the page with the camera — a gallery upload is refused.

    Live selfie

    Taken in the same sitting so the face can be compared with the document.

  3. 3
    Liveness clip

    A few seconds of video following a random prompt, so a photo of a photo does not pass.

    Introduction video

    The applicant speaking for themselves; seen only by PHWO staff.

  5. 5
    AI verification

    AI does the thorough check — document against selfie, selfie against clip, the record against itself — and produces a report.

  6. 6
    Automatic checks, no human judgement

    Anything the AI system cannot confirm is recorded with the registration. PHWO makes no decision about any family and vouches for nobody — every decision after an introduction belongs to the families.

What we never do

  • No public profilesNobody can browse, search or list anyone. A record is opened only by PHWO staff.
  • No feesRishta Desk is free. Nobody from PHWO will ever ask you for money for this service.
  • No guaranteePHWO verifies identity and introduces families. Every family does its own checks; PHWO makes no promise about any person or outcome.
  • No sharing without consentNothing about you reaches another family until you have said yes to that introduction; photographs only with your explicit permission, watermarked and view-only.
  • No funding of any kindPHWO does not pay for, cover or subsidise weddings, jahez or any expense. Its help is the service itself.
