How the free rishta service works

Fill in the form below — for yourself or for a son, daughter, brother or sister. About fifteen minutes, on a phone or laptop with a camera. You can pause and come back; your answers are kept on your device.
- 2AI verification
Our AI system compares the CNIC, the selfie, the liveness clip and the introduction video with each other and with the answers given — thoroughly, every record. If something does not add up, you are asked automatically to capture it again. Nothing is active until the check has passed.
- 3AI matchmaking
The same system compares verified records — education, background, values, what each family is looking for — and when two records suit each other, both families are informed automatically by WhatsApp, SMS or email. There is no public list, and no family sees another before that.
- 4Families talk
Once both families say yes, a private channel on this site opens for them and they talk directly. From there it proceeds as any rishta does, in the family's hands. PHWO is only the channel — it verifies identity and makes the introduction, nothing more.

Who can register
- Anyone aged 18 or over, anywhere in Pakistan — or Pakistanis living abroad.
- With the family's knowledge. They will receive the messages about it.
- Families of every faith in Pakistan — Muslim, Christian, Hindu, Sikh, Parsi and others. We look for a match inside your own faith and community unless you tell us otherwise.
- With any one document: CNIC, B-Form, NICOP, passport, driving licence, domicile or a school or college certificate. No document at all in the house? Say so on the form — we verify through a relative who has a CNIC and someone from your community, and nobody is turned away for it.
- Any background, any income. Every family is treated the same.
What we will never do
- Publish your photograph, name or details anywhere.
- Give your contact details to another family without your permission.
- Charge a fee, take a commission, or accept a "gift" for a match.
- Keep your record after you ask us to delete it.
What "free" means here
No fee. No commission. No "gift". Not now, not after a match.
PHWO runs this desk as a free service, fi sabilillah. It does not pay wedding costs. What it gives is free identity checking, matching and privacy. If anyone asks you for money in PHWO's name, they are not from PHWO.
Our role — and where it ends
What PHWO does
- Checks that each registered person is who they say they are: live CNIC capture, live selfie, liveness clip and introduction video, cross-checked automatically by our AI verification system.
- Suggests introductions between verified families, based on what each family told us.
- Shares details only after both families have agreed — and keeps everything else private.
What the families do
- Everything beyond identity. Character, conduct, health, earnings, property, employment, education, marital history, family circumstances — PHWO does not investigate these and cannot vouch for them.
- The usual enquiries, with the usual care, before any commitment — exactly as you would for a rishta that came through a relative.
- The decision. An introduction from PHWO is not a recommendation or an endorsement of the other family.

We are Christian / Hindu / Sikh / Parsi — can we register?
Yes. PHWO Rishta Desk is for every family in Pakistan, whatever their religion. You choose your religion on the form, the questions that belong to another faith disappear, and the system looks for a match inside your own faith and community unless you tell us otherwise. The service is free for everyone, on the same terms.
Does anyone from PHWO check the match before we are introduced?
No. Identity is checked and matches are proposed by an automated system — there is no PHWO team reviewing profiles or approving matches, and PHWO gives no guarantee about any person. Once you are introduced, the two families satisfy themselves in their own way, exactly as with any rishta. PHWO provides the platform, free of any cost, and nothing more.
Is it really free?
Yes — completely. PHWO charges no fee, takes no commission and accepts no "gift" for a match. If anyone asks you for money in PHWO's name, they are not from PHWO; please tell us.
Who can see my daughter's photograph?
Nobody can browse or search it. Photographs are stored outside the website's public files, location data is removed from them, and every opening of an identity document is logged. Another family sees a photograph only after you say yes.
Why do you need a live CNIC capture and a selfie?
So that every family on this desk is a real, verified person — the thing no open matrimony site can promise. The captures are taken on the page at that moment; a photo from a gallery is not accepted. The document number is stored encrypted.
Which cities do you cover?
All of Pakistan - Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta and every district in between - and Pakistanis living abroad. Verification is done online by the automatic AI check, so where you live makes no difference.
How long until we hear something?
Verification is done by our AI system and usually completes quickly; you are told the result automatically. Finding a suitable match takes as long as it takes — we would rather introduce one right family than ten wrong ones. You can write to us with your reference at any time.
Do you check the other family for us?
We check identity — that the person is real and is who they say they are. We do not check character, conduct, health, income, property, job, education or family circumstances, and we cannot vouch for them. Those enquiries are yours to make, with the same care you would take for any rishta. An introduction from PHWO is not a recommendation, and PHWO gives no guarantee and accepts no liability for what follows.
Can I register for a divorced or widowed relative?
Of course. Marital status is simply one of the details, and many families specifically ask for it.
Can we ask for our record to be deleted?
Yes, at any time, by replying to your confirmation email or contacting us with your reference. The record and every file are removed permanently.
Does PHWO help with wedding expenses?
No — and we would rather say so plainly than let a family hope. The desk does not pay wedding costs. What it gives is free: verification, matching, and discretion. Families who want a jahez-free rishta can say so on the form and we will match accordingly.
